No experience is necessary in the care industry! Our training is complete. We show you how to run a home care business and share our experiences in a manner that eliminates guesswork and prevents you from making costly mistakes.
ComForcareTM provides an initial five days of thorough training at our corporate headquarters in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. Training is conducted by professionals with substantial experience in all aspects of home care business operations. The training programme is intended to get the new franchise owner up and running quickly and effectively.
Each day of training is dedicated to different aspects of the business including sales and marketing, daily operations and scheduling, operational software, administration and accounting. All training is conducted in a warm, casual, and very interactive environment. Our training classes are small in size, typically no more than four participants, making it much easier to understand and digest all that is required to start your new business.
All new franchise owners will have many questions. We encourage weekly and even daily phone conversations as the new business is started. In addition, first year visits, annual meetings, and monthly newsletters assure that franchisees stay abreast of the latest techniques that help a new agency run smoothly. Experiences are regularly shared among franchise owners in an effort to identify the best methods for success in all aspects of the business.
We supply the management tools! Each new franchise is provided with operations manuals, marketing kits, proprietary computer software, access to franchisee intranet site with bulletin boards and the head office support necessary for true success.
