Stephanie Tercha has been employed by ComForcareTM Senior Services since May 2004. As Director of Franchise Development, she is responsible for maintaining vendor alliances, franchise support and training and conference planning. Her duties also include support and training for the implementation and initial set up of software systems. Stephanie previously worked for an advertising agency, BBDO, training customer service representatives on rebates and incentive packages for DaimlerChrysler. Stephanie attended Western Michigan University and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.
Branden Worback has been employed with ComForcare Senior Services since March 2007. He assists in franchise support and prospecting with potential franchisees. He has previous sales experience with skilled and private duty homecare as well as with a visiting physicians group. Branden attended Central Michigan University where he received a Bachelors of Science in Psychology.
Adam Stork has been employed by ComForcare Senior Services since August 2006. He is responsible for franchise accounting and billing support, payroll, billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable. He previously was employed at Nordic Marketing LLC as a billing clerk. Adam received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
Beth Holowecky has been employed by ComForcare Senior Services since May 2006 working in policy and procedural implementation in various long-term care settings. Her responsibilities include payroll, staffing, family and resident connections, part of a multi-disciplinary team, and resident care. Beth previously worked as a social worker for Lakewood Hospital. Beth attended Youngstown State University where she received a Masters Degree, majoring in Health and Human Services.
